Depending on your method of shipping, your timing will vary:

  • Expedited - you will receive your order in 1-5 days
  • Next Day - you will receive your order in 1 Business day. This service is only available on orders placed Monday through Thursday
  • The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. Due to the variability of transportation, Package Services and USPS packages may take up to two to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any U.S. Territories. This includes ZIP Codes with prefixes of 967 and 969 and those with the following prefixes: 995, 996, 997, 998, 999, 968, 006, 007, 008, and 009

One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do?

Sometimes items that are ordered on the same day may arrive to you on different days. We will send you an email to let you know when each item is on its way.

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return please contact us at contactus@gruv.com and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you a unique Returns Authorization (RA) number and the return instructions.


I have received my item, but now I want to return it?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for full refund. Please note that DVDs, Blu-rays, and 4K discs that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return.

The cost of shipping to return a product you no longer need will be paid for by the person returning the product and will require a Returns Authorization (RA) number.

The RA number will be given to you by our customer services team.


I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV.com will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or faulty, all you need to do is contact us and we will provide the relevant returns information.


I have received an item that I didn’t order?

If you received an item that you did not order, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV.com will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label.


When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and, if not available, a refund will be given instead. Where possible please retain the packaging that your original order arrived in as you can use it to return the items to us.
