Story:

Returning to uniform, McHale, assisted by Penelope Carpenter (Messing), his lovely, fun-loving First Lieutenant, guides his crazy crew of misfits through a series of madcap maneuvers that has the enemy scrambling for cover and the audience roaring with delight!
